All enquiries and bookings can be made via our online booking system, located on our website. Once you have submitted the details online, management at Party Bus Hire will contact you as soon as possible, to attain further details. However, if you do not wish to enquire or make a booking online, please contact us on (02)9188 9095 or via email info@sydneywidepartybus.com.au

Our Party Buses have a seating capacity for 13,20 24,40,45 and 50 passengers.

Our Limo Buses seat 21,23 and 44 passengers.

Party Bus Hire is based Sydney-Wide, but we can also accommodate for interstate transfers, ranging from Hunter Valley, Wollongong, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, and Newcastle.
Once you have provided us with your details, to confirm and secure your booking, we acquire a security bond. The amount varies depending on which bus is being booked. The amount will be refunded back into the nominated account at the end of the trip, on the exception that the bus is left clean and tidy and no damages have occurred on the bus. Please be advised, refunds take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your payment source (it also depends on the bank’s billing cycle).

We have various options to choose from –

  • Payments can be made via cash to the driver on the day of pick-up,
  • Internet banking or bank deposit must be paid 4 days before the trip,
  • Payments can be made via the invoice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
Party Bus Hire only accepts Australian currency.
Payments that are made online, or via the invoice will incur a 3% booking fee.
Upon receiving either the bond or full payment, a confirmation email with the remittance will be sent through.
Party Bus Hire is not responsible for incorrect details made via our online booking system. Please ensure that all the information provided is correct, before processing the payment. If you have made a payment and have received a confirmation email, please check that all information is correct, to eliminate any issues on the day of the booking. If any of the details needs to be amended, please contact us on (02) 9188 9095 immediately for it to be rectified, where an updated remittance will be sent via email.
With any cancellations the security bond payment is not refundable. Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip, 50% of the full payment will be charged on the nominated account.
The day before the booking, you will receive a text message to confirm the booking, where the driver details will also be provided. If, you do not receive a text message, please ensure to contact us before 8pm on (02) 9188 9095 to attain his name and number.

Your allocated driver will call 10-15 minutes prior to the pick-up time to make sure that you and your guests are ready.

If you are running late, a certain latitude of 15-30 minutes may be acceptable. However, for any waiting time beyond that, an additional surcharge of $200 to $1100 per hour may apply, unless prior arrangements have been made with management. If not, then the driver may not be able to wait due to other scheduled bookings, and no refund will be provided.

Party Bus Hire reserves the right to refuse to set down or pick-up at any locations other than those nominated by the original booking. If required, please ensure to contact management prior the trip, to confirm if additional stop overs can be added to the original route. Charges will apply.

Our Party and Limo Buses are equipped with state-of-the-art DJ LD speakers to listen to your favourite music through Bluetooth connectivity, microphones to sing along, vibrant LED party lights, luxury leather seating, a spacious dance floor with poles (only on our 40+ seat buses) and wrapped or tinted windows for privacy.

Our Karaoke Party Bus has an inbuilt karaoke system that has an extensive collection of up to 85,000 songs, 2 microphones, a 32-inch TV for lyrics display, a spacious dance floor with 1 pole, along with a smoke machine, LED party lights, DJ LD speakers, and a personalised LED Sign.

Drinks are permitted on our buses on the exception that they are legal and consumed responsibly. All passengers on board that request to drink alcohol, must be over 18 and have a valid form of identification or proof of age. Based on the law of NSW, we reserve the right to refuse alcohol to anyone who is considered intoxicated or under the legal age limit.

STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL ON ANY OF THE BUSES FOR SCHOOL FORMALS OR KID’S PARTIES.

As per state laws, smoking is strictly prohibited on any of our buses. If, any passengers fail to comply, they will be removed from the bus and no refund will be provided.
Food or snacks are strictly not permitted on any of the buses. If, any passengers bring food or snacks on the bus, the driver will request for it to be removed.
We require a minimum of 2 parents/guardians to be present on the bus, during a transfer for kid’s parties.
Most of our Party and Limo Buses have air-conditioning. Please refer to our fleet page, that specifies which buses do and don’t have air-conditioning.

Our fleet of luxurious vehicles are fully equipped, modern, clean, and regularly maintained. They are serviced to the highest of standards and are fully insured and accredited with Transport of NSW. Our buses are complete with necessary safety features, such as seat belts and real time bus tracking system, to ensure optimal safety of all passengers.

Our drivers hold appropriate NSW Heavy Vehicle Licenses, NSW Driver Authorities and are cleared to Work with Children. Our drivers partake regular training and with their knowledge, skills and experience they ensure professional, friendly, and safe travel.

In case of an emergency, Party Bus Hire has a detailed emergency plan in place. The drivers regularly practice evacuation procedures, and emergency contact information is readily available on all our Party and Limo Buses.

During the transfer, if any damages occur on the bus or it is in an unpleasant state, the trip can be terminated and if deemed necessary the bond will not be refunded. Passengers that cause excessive damage within the bus, will be responsible for all the repair costs. Our damage excess fee ranges from $300.00 to $1000.00. Please ensure that all passengers respect the bus and its amenities, and it is left clean and tidy at the end of the trip.
Any passenger(s) that is portraying disruptive behaviour, fighting, causing damage to the bus, or is heavily intoxicated and insists on consuming more alcohol during the trip, the driver has the legal right to evict the passenger(s), where the police will be contacted. In this case, the transfer will be terminated and a refund for the trip will not be provided.

Whilst travelling on our buses, passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Party Bus Hire does not take responsibility for any items that are left on the bus, and that are lost or stolen. After the trip, if any property is found, they will be stored at our depot. If the found item(s) is damaged, we will not be held accountable for it.

Whether you want to decorate the Party or Limo Bus with themed decorations to suit your special occasion, or have customised branding and signage on the buses, please discuss this with one of our team of professionals and they will be happy to accommodate your preferences to make the journey more personalized and enjoyable for everyone.
Our buses do not have toilets. During the trip, the driver will find a suitable place to stop over for a quick bathroom/smoke break.
Our buses are only available to hire for transport services with a driver.
